Insurance
I am an Out of Network Provider, which means I can provide supporting documentation in order for you to file a claim for reimbursement from your health insurance provider.
It is helpful for you to contact your insurance company prior to scheduling an intake consultation. This is to assist you in understanding your health insurance benefits, insurance requirements, co-pay and other important information.
Helpful questions may include:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments, to include intake consultations. If patients or prospective patients do not provide at least 24 hours notice, they will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Therefore, if you cancel an appointment without 24 hours notice, or if you fail to show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be responsible to pay the full session fees for any missed sessions.
